Welcome to CheckTech Inspections, LLC. My name is Chris Linden and as the owner and founder of CheckTech Inspections, I have provided independent, objective and honest representation to thousands of home buyers in the Greater Austin Area since 2006.

Your home inspection satisfaction is my number one priority. Our clients receive the utmost personal attention they deserve. I have worked in the construction and remodeling industry and have firsthand knowledge of the systems and components that make up a home.

In addition to being licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, I am also licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture (Structural Pest Control Service) to perform wood destroying insect (WDI) inspections. I am also an active member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), which requires its members to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and excellence.
